Cuteness Overload! 'Guinea Pig Festival' to be held for the first time at Hanshin Umeda Main Store 2F from May 13, attracting many into the 'Guinea Pig Swamp'

The 'Guinea Pig Festival' is a first-time event bringing together a collection of sundry goods, art, and merchandise themed around the adorable guinea pig. In recent years, guinea pigs have gained increasing popularity, especially on social media, captivating many fans with their 'fluffy texture' and 'cute squeaks.'

This event offers an experience surrounded by 'cuteness' through works that express the charm of guinea pigs from multiple perspectives. The space is designed to cherish moments when visitors involuntarily stop and feel, 'This one is so cute...!'

At the venue, sundry goods, accessories, illustration works, stationery, and guinea pig care items with guinea pig motifs, collected from creators nationwide, will be displayed. Many unique items and event-limited products will also appear, allowing visitors to enjoy encountering their 'Oshi Moru' (favorite guinea pig-themed item) that can only be found here.

With the concept of a 'Guinea Pig Swamp' – 'once you fall in, you can't get out' – the event aims to be a place where each visitor can discover their own favorite 'Oshi Moru.'
