In today's world, where corporate trust, recognition, and reputation are formed and spread on SNS, it is becoming as common for companies to have SNS accounts as it is for them to have websites. However, many SNS managers may be struggling with not knowing the basics of SNS operation or having trouble deciding what to post. Therefore, C&R Co. will hold a seminar on the theme of "SNS utilization itself."

Hiroaki Tamai, SME Management Consultant After graduating from university, he joined a major general electronics manufacturer. For the first five years, he was responsible for electrical circuit design, and then served as a corporate sales representative for housing equipment and later as an area sales manager. He gained extensive on-site experience through sales activities to construction companies and home renovation companies. Last October, he retired from the company after 40 years of service and established a management consulting firm, where he is currently engaged in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. He also leverages his experience in human resource development as a sales representative and manager, frequently lecturing on courses such as "SNS Marketing" and "Web Writing." Furthermore, as an SME Management Consultant, he provides support for new client acquisition and sales staff training for SMEs, including the utilization of SNS. He works closely with SME managers as a partner in solving their challenges. Qualifications: SME Management Consultant, MBA (Master of Business Administration), Energy Saving Advisor (residential), etc.
