Creek & River Co., Ltd. to Host Free TOEIC Part 2 Listening Strategy Webinars in June

Creek & River Co., Ltd. (C&R) has announced a series of free online seminars titled "TOEIC Test Prep: Part 2 (Question-Response) Strategies," scheduled for June 10 and June 24, 2026. These webinars are specifically designed for professionals aiming to improve their scores on the TOEIC L&R test, an international standard for measuring English proficiency in global business environments.

The program is divided into two proficiency levels to provide targeted instruction:

1. Beginner to Intermediate Session (June 10): This session is tailored for those starting their TOEIC journey or those with scores around 400. It covers the overall exam structure, fundamental listening focus points for Part 2, and recommendations for effective study materials and apps.

2. Intermediate to Advanced Session (June 24): Aimed at candidates targeting scores of 700 to 800+, this seminar addresses complex "indirect response" patterns that often confuse high-level test-takers. It focuses on reducing errors caused by difficult judgment calls rather than just vocabulary gaps.

Both sessions will be led by Mika Kaida, a graduate of International Christian University with over 15 years of teaching experience and a perfect TOEIC score of 990. The webinars will be held online from 19:00 to 20:00 JST, with a capacity of 60 participants per session. Registration is free and available through the company's "CREATIVE VILLAGE" portal. This initiative is part of C&R’s Professional Education Center (PEC) efforts to support the continuous skill development and "reskilling" of professionals across various industries.
