Chef's value, a food-sector subsidiary of Creek & River Co., Ltd., will host a commemorative event for the children's cookbook "Basic Cooking for Elementary School Students" at its restaurant "Cassolo" (Toranomon, Tokyo). This event is co-hosted by the author Aya Ushioda (Mogu-Mogu Children's Cooking Room / Aya Kitchen LLC) and the publisher, Takahashi Shoten (a member of the C&R Group).
Event Overview Date & Time: Sunday, July 5th, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Venue: Restaurant Cassolo (Toranomon Hills CORE 2F, 4-1-1 Shinbashi, Minato-ku, Tokyo) Activities: Observing rice cooking in a glass pot and making "onigirazu" (non-rolled rice balls). Target: Elementary school students (grades 1-6) and their parents. Capacity: 12 groups (Lottery system in case of high demand).
