C&R Group (C&R Co., Ltd.) will host a free, four-session online seminar titled 'Web Design Skill Certification Level 2 Foundation Course 2026 Edition' starting Monday, August 10, 2026, for individuals planning to take the Web Design Skill Certification exam or those seeking to acquire foundational internet knowledge.

The Web Design Skill Certification is one of Japan's national skill certification programs administered by the Internet Skill Certification Promotion Association, a nonprofit organization. The exam consists of both practical and written components. This seminar is tailored to the 2026 exam and will be held over two days in four sessions, offering a comprehensive review of web fundamentals, along with practical insights into design, development, and operations, as well as strategies to succeed in the practical exam. Yukio Uchida (Sachio Uchida)

Representative Director / Director, Designer, Writer, Instructor at design fleet inc.

Established a design studio in 1999 during the early days of the web. In addition to design work, he served on the working group that established Japan’s national Web Design Skill Certification in the 2000s and was a competition committee member for the Web category at the Skills Olympics. Previously worked as a certified instructor for Macromedia and Adobe, and as a design consultant commissioned by the Yokohama City Economic Bureau. Authored numerous web-related books and educational materials. Full member and certified instructor of the Internet Skill Certification Promotion Association.
