Obtains "Platinum Kurumin Certification" as a Child-Rearing Support Company

Cybernet System Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Tokyo, President and CEO: Yoshiharu Shiraishi, hereinafter "Cybernet") is pleased to announce that it has obtained "Platinum Kurumin Certification" as a "Child-Rearing Support Company" from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare as of May 26, 2026.

What is "Platinum Kurumin Certification"?

"Kurumin Certification" is a system in which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare recognizes companies that have formulated an action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Nursing Care for Family Members, achieved their goals, and met certain standards as "Child-Rearing Support Companies." Among certified companies, "Platinum Kurumin" is granted as a special certification to those that meet higher standards. (※1)

Cybernet aims to create a workplace environment that supports the balance between work and child-rearing, and is working to promote the acquisition of childcare leave and support diverse working styles.

Following its acquisition of "Kurumin Certification" in 2023, Cybernet has continued to raise awareness and provide support activities. As a result, it has received "Platinum Kurumin Certification" based on the following achievements.

Creating a Workplace Environment that Supports Work-Life Balance for Child-Rearing

Cybernet has established its own unique systems related to childbirth and childcare, in addition to systems stipulated by law, so that each employee can choose a working style that suits their life stage.

・Spouse's Childbirth Leave: Employees can take 2 days of special leave for purposes such as attending the birth of their spouse.

・Short-time Work System: Flexible short-time work is available until the child completes the second year of elementary school.

・Child-rearing support allowance is paid for the actual cost of childcare fees.

In addition to these, Cybernet promotes flexible working styles by combining them with a remote work system for all employees and a flextime system without core hours.

Going forward, we will continue to work on creating a comfortable working environment with the aim of improving work-life balance to support work and child-rearing.
