Benefit One Inc. has entered into a business partnership with SANU Inc. to launch the corporate welfare service 'SANU 2nd Home for Business.' This initiative evolves the traditional corporate retreat model—once exclusive to large corporations but now often unsustainable—into a new lifestyle choice of having 'another home in nature.' By combining Benefit One's extensive network with SANU's nature-coexistence model across 36 locations, the partnership aims to improve employee well-being and drive regional revitalization. Traditional corporate retreats often face 'negative real estate' risks, such as aging facilities and fixed maintenance costs. This partnership shifts the concept from 'ownership' to 'sharing,' allowing companies to utilize natural environments as a benefit without owning property. The service has already been adopted by over 300 companies with a 94% satisfaction rate. Moving forward, the companies plan to promote regional consumption, expand plans for SMEs, and visualize well-being impacts, aiming to set a new standard where companies across Japan can easily access nature.
