We endorse April Dream, which aims to make April 1st a day to announce dreams. This press release is the dream of the 'Daiichi Holdings Group.'

Daiichi Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture; Head Office: Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Naoto Nishii; hereinafter 'the Company') aims to be a '100-year company that fosters rich living' by staying close to the daily lives of the community and engaging in diverse businesses such as amusement facilities, business hotels, culture schools, and childcare/nursing care facilities. We develop businesses that are needed as times change, together with the community.

Taking this April Dream as an opportunity, we will widely publicize our company's dream and actively propose and communicate our initiatives to support the lives of local residents. (Daiichi Holdings Co., Ltd. is a holding company that owns Daiichi Corporation as its core company.)

1. The impetus for announcing our dream ### 'We want to create workplaces in the community' — A small wish from 62 years ago is the origin of our company.

The history of our company began with this simple idea held by our founder. Our business started in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture, and has since expanded to Tokyo, Chiba, and Kanagawa, centered in Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture. Even as times change and society transforms, this 'DNA of protecting employment and nurturing the community' remains unchanged.

Currently, with Daiichi Corporation as its core, our company has pursued seemingly disparate diversification, from pachinko and prize games to childcare, nursing care, IT, and even overseas expansion. However, at its root, there is always one consistent determination: 'to not fear change and to create places needed for community life with our own hands.'

2. Why '10 presidents'? ### 10 years walked with 1,317 colleagues. Next is the era where 'individuals shine' and 'businesses are born.'

Over the past 10 years, our company has undergone significant changes. Our employee count has approximately tripled, increasing from 419 to 1,317.

Additionally, the number of businesses, which was 5 ten years ago, has expanded to 8, including new fields such as childcare, nursing care, and IT. This expansion continues not only outside Saitama Prefecture but also overseas.
