(Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / President: Kosuke Seriai / hereinafter "Contraft"), a group company of Nareru Group Inc. (TSE Growth: 9163), and the General Incorporated Association National Construction Human Resources Association (Location: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo / Chairman: Minoru Okano / hereinafter "Zenken"), which operates a human resources referral business for construction workers (hereinafter "craftsmen").

Background of this Collaboration

The shortage of craftsmen and construction management personnel supporting construction sites is becoming increasingly severe in Japan's construction industry. Securing human resources is a critical management issue for many construction companies, leading to delays in construction and posing challenges for the entire industry.

As a leading company in scaffolding construction, the Company has supported the construction industry technically for many years and has a customer base with numerous construction businesses. Contraft and Zenken, on the other hand, operate a craftsman referral business and a direct recruiting service "Craftsman Scout" that connect people who want to work in the construction industry with companies struggling with labor shortages, and also provide human resources referral services in the construction human resources field.

Through this collaboration, we will address the structural issue of labor shortages in the construction industry by combining the Company's construction know-how and customer base with Nareru Group's construction human resources support know-how and customer base. We will also expand opportunities to provide services such as craftsman referrals, human resources referrals, and direct recruiting services to our customers, and promote collaboration utilizing both of our customer bases.

Furthermore, in our medium-term management plan "Reborn," we have positioned the deepening of our core business and the creation of new revenue opportunities that contribute to solving issues in the construction industry as one of our key strategies, and this partnership is part of those efforts.

Future Outlook

Through this collaboration, the Company aims to expand its touchpoints with construction businesses and increase opportunities to provide services such as construction management personnel referrals, referrals for Specified Skilled Workers, and direct recruiting services, in addition to craftsman referrals.
