Author Biography
Non of 365 Days Wild Plant Life (365 Nichi Yasou Seikatsu Non)
Wild plant enthusiast, nature observation instructor, representative of the Tama River Wild Plant Association, and wild edible plant advisor. Inspired by searching for wild plants as food while living with rabbits, Non became fascinated with wild plants and began observing plants daily. Now, they plan and operate around 100 nature observation events annually across Japan to bridge people and nature.

Hideaki Iwatsuki (Iwatsuki Hideaki)
Meteorologist, research collaborator at Chiba Prefectural Sekiyado Castle Museum, committee member of the Seed Plant Subcommittee of the Chiba Prefecture Rare and Invasive Species List Committee, and representative of the Japan Meteorological Forecasters Association’s Biological Phenology Network. Born in Kesennuma City, Miyagi Prefecture. Possesses broad knowledge and perspectives on natural sciences, especially plants and meteorology, with numerous published works. Actively conducts field observation events, public lectures, and special classes at elementary and junior high schools. Recent publication: ‘Amazing Discovery Guide to Nearby Plants’ (Jiji Press Publishing).
