DC LLC Joins Fukui Arena Project to Build Sustainable Operations, Bringing Expertise to Support "Core for City Development"

DC LLC (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Tomonori Miyauchi, hereinafter "DC Group"), which holds the corporate philosophy of "continuously launching new businesses," has decided to invest in and participate in F-Primal Inc. (Representative Director: Tomohiro Tanabe, Headquarters: Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture). Through this participation, the DC Group will contribute its know-how in strategy formulation, marketing, and operations execution, along with Azusa Sekkei Co., Ltd. and Sol Levante Sports Inc., to build a sustainable operational system for Fukui Arena, which F-Primal Inc. is responsible for operating.

Background and Purpose of Participation Fukui Arena is a multi-purpose arena currently under development in Higashi Park, Fukui City. It represents the culmination of a major trend, the extension of the Hokuriku Shinkansen, and is a crucial project that will serve as a "core for city development" shaping Fukui's future.

The DC Group has previously undertaken diverse projects in regional revitalization and sports business, such as the public-private co-creation regional revitalization "WALT Project" in Tsuno Town, Miyazaki Prefecture, and the "Club 30th Anniversary Project" for Mito HollyHock. Recognizing this project as a significant challenge for Fukui's future, and to commit responsibly to that future, we have decided to invest in and participate in F-Primal.
