BAGUS, an amusement facility operated by Diamond Dining Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Atsuhisa Matsumura), a consolidated subsidiary of DD Group Co., Ltd., will launch the 'Kids Billiards Campaign' from Tuesday, July 21, to Sunday, September 13, 2026, at all its locations nationwide.

During the campaign period, children under junior high school age accompanied by a guardian can enjoy billiards for up to 2 hours completely free of charge. Designed as a comfortable indoor leisure activity for hot or rainy days, this campaign offers families a chance to create summer vacation memories together while also providing inspiration for school free research projects.

This summer, play becomes learning!

The campaign is a recurring summer initiative aimed at introducing more children to the fun and depth of billiards. It provides an accessible opportunity for children—especially first-time players—to experience the game in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.

Each BAGUS location is equipped with child-sized 'Kids Cues' designed to suit various heights. These cues make it easy and comfortable for young children and beginners to handle, ensuring a stress-free and enjoyable playing experience.

Kids cues of varying lengths are available to match children's height

Billiards is a sport that involves strategic thinking about ball trajectories, angles of reflection, and force control. While playing, children naturally engage with concepts related to science and mathematics. The game also helps develop 'concentration,' 'spatial awareness,' and 'foresight thinking skills.' This blend of play and learning makes it an ideal activity to inspire summer vacation free research projects and experiential learning.

Another key appeal of billiards is its inclusivity—people of all ages and skill levels can enjoy it together. Families sharing the same table, chatting and playing together, can create unique summer memories.

Whether escaping the heat or rain, or seeking an activity that combines fun and education, we invite families to visit BAGUS this summer.

Moving forward, BAGUS will continue to provide new experiences and opportunities for interaction through billiards, expanding its appeal to the next generation.
