[TOKYO SUTEAM Adopted] DEEPCORE Begins Recruiting 2nd Cohort for "SYNCLE," a 2-Month Peer Learning Program to Overcome Startup "People and Organization" Barriers

DEEPCORE Inc. has launched recruitment for the second cohort of "SYNCLE," a program designed to transform the struggles of entrepreneurs and startup organizations into a cycle of evolution. This program has been adopted as an official project under the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's startup support initiative, "TOKYO SUTEAM," for fiscal year 2025. Applications are accepted until Sunday, June 7, 2026.

"SYNCLE" is a two-month peer learning program jointly developed by DEEPCORE, a venture capital firm with an investment track record of approximately 140 companies, and MIMIGURI, a management consulting firm specializing in people and organizations. While it is said that approximately 65% of startup failures are due to "people and organizational" issues, support for the challenges faced by management teams in organizational building and management has been insufficient. In an era where AI can instantly present general solutions, this program was developed to help leaders derive "customized solutions" born from their unique experiences.

In the first cohort, the program received high praise, with 92% of participants reporting a change in how they approach challenges and stating they would recommend it to peers facing similar issues. The program offers two tracks: "Course A," where entrepreneurs externalize their founding passion into "works," and "Course B," where they analyze their own challenges to create a "Death Roadmap" and transform it. The final presentation, "SYNCLE FES," will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026. Capacity for each course is approximately 15 people, and applications are open via the official website.
