Dentsu Soken, a company dedicated to the evolution of business and society through technology, announced that it has collaborated with Techtouch, Inc. to accelerate the digital transformation (DX) of Suzuki Motor Corporation. By applying the 'Techtouch' digital adoption platform, they have successfully improved the UI and UX of Suzuki's expense settlement, human resources, and PLM systems.
Akira Nonaka, IT Division Manager at Suzuki, commented: 'To accelerate our digital transformation, we prioritize user convenience and operational efficiency. The introduction of Techtouch has strongly supported the adoption of our systems by promoting self-resolution and reducing inquiries through operation guides and automated processing functions. We also look forward to continuous improvement through the visualization of usage data. We will continue to leverage Techtouch to strengthen Suzuki's competitiveness.'
Since its founding, Suzuki has promoted DX based on the spirit of 'Sho-Sho-Kei-Tan-Bi' (Smaller, Fewer, Lighter, Shorter, and Neater), achieving significant improvements in operational efficiency and reductions in overtime. By applying Techtouch to three internal systems—expense settlement, HR, and PLM—the company has reduced employee stress and enabled intuitive input operations.
The implementation has led to a reduction in internal inquiries and input errors. It also provides flexible support tailored to Suzuki's needs, such as displaying internal regulations and alerts for rule deviations. Future plans include expanding the application to systems for factory staff to further support company-wide DX.
