"Health isn't something to endure, it's something to enjoy." With this philosophy in mind, we are holding the experiential event "Dance Diet Fest 2026 Summer" on July 20th (Mon, holiday) at Ikebukuro West Exit Park.

[Dance Diet Fest 2026 Summer Overview]

Date & Time: July 20, 2026 (Mon, holiday) 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Event proceeds rain or shine)

Location: Ikebukuro West Exit Park Outdoor Theater (1 minute walk from Ikebukuro Station West Exit)

This is the 4th time this event is being held. We have prepared content to be enjoyed all day, including a dance contest, healthy gourmet food, and a stamp rally where you can win grand prizes.

Furthermore, this year we are introducing an official app for the first time to enhance your event experience. We will deliver a new event experience that you can easily participate in with just your smartphone, including a digital stamp rally and contest voting.

With lack of exercise and disrupted lifestyle habits becoming social issues, we aim to create an event that allows participants to take a step towards health while having fun, under the theme of "Building Health Through Dance."

◇ [Gourmet] Delicious kitchen cars & food stalls that your body will love! Approximately 10 vendors offering alcoholic beverages too.

In the food and beverage area that will liven up the event, approximately 10 kitchen cars and food stalls offering healthy gourmet food will be set up.

Gourmet 1 (Motsuni with delicious vegetables) Gourmet 2 (Low-fat garlic shrimp sandwich) Gourmet 3 (Homemade sausage hot dog) Gourmet 4 (Sangria with plenty of fruit)

Eating is also one of the joys of building health. A full lineup of healthy gourmet dishes that are kind to your body and focus on deliciousness will be available. Not only for those on a diet or health-conscious individuals, but also packed with menus that families, from small children to adults, can enjoy safely and deliciously.

◆ Don't miss out! Featured Kitchen Cars

A highlight is the "Shikibu-chan Kitchen Car." Their signature "Long Churros" are an overwhelming 40cm in volume, yet are a guilt-free, satisfyingly delicious sweet because they are "not fried." Additionally, their refreshing "organic lemonade soda," which sells over 2,500 cups annually, is the perfect drink for summer hydration.

◇ [Experience] Aim for grand prizes! "Fun Stamp Rally" that will captivate adults and children alike.

We will be holding a stamp rally where you can earn stamps the more you enjoy the event. Get stamps by visiting booths, making purchases at kitchen cars, or answering surveys within the venue!

With the positive sentiment that "taking one step can change your life," the name has been changed from the former Dance Diet Contest to "ONESTEP CHALLENGE STAGE." This is a stage that supports everyone's efforts towards their goals, regardless of dance experience or age.

A diverse lineup of performers who challenge themselves to become their "ideal selves" beyond age and experience will gather. Energetic stages that will make you want to cheer them on will unfold one after another.
