"dip QueenZ" signifies queens who, with all their passion, constantly aim for the top and shine brilliantly. The "Z" at the end expresses a strong will to aim for the "ultimate" and "highest," the end of the alphabet, and a stylishness where individuality shines. With pride as part of the Broncos family, they will electrify the arena with overwhelming performances. MARIN, from the professional dance team "dip BATTLES," will serve as director. While never forgetting respect for "WILD GIRLS," who have supported the Saitama Broncos, we aim to inherit their legacy and become an entity that "surpasses" their past passion.

Message from Director MARIN

Since entering D.LEAGUE, I've wanted to elevate the value of female street dancers. I want to showcase serious street dance performed solely by women. I aim to brighten and energize basketball venues with the charisma that women possess, becoming a bridge between dance and basketball. Furthermore, we will elevate the value of both ourselves. Not just based on gender, but the real deal. I want to create a strong team with our dance that doesn't cater to anyone.

Recruitment and Activity Overview

- Number of Openings: Approximately 12-20 members

- Activity Period: August 1, 2026 (Sat) - July 31, 2027 (Sat)

- Main Activities:

- Performances and cheering activities at Saitama Broncos home games

- Participation in official team practices

- PR activities for Saitama Broncos, dip BATTLES, etc.

- Appearances at various events and media

- Public relations and self-production activities utilizing digital media such as SNS

- Compensation and Benefits:

- Performance fees paid for home games, events, and media appearances

- Transportation expenses reimbursed for participation in official practices, games, and events

- Official costumes and a complete set of team merchandise provided

- Various support from sponsoring companies

Eligibility and Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for individuals who deeply resonate with the concept of "dip QueenZ" and can create new value together with the team.

【Required Qualifications】

- Individuals with dance experience, possessing solid skills and star quality.

- Individuals with strong self-production abilities, motivated to actively engage in SNS and media appearances.

- Women aged 18 and over (*1).

- Individuals who can, in principle, attend all Saitama Broncos home games and official practices.

- Individuals who can responsibly fulfill their activities throughout the entire season.

*1 This recruitment is limited to women as an exception under Article 1, Paragraph 3, Item 3 (c) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, to ensure the authenticity of expression and performance in cheer performances. For high school students, a parental consent form and school permission are required.

【Preferred Qualifications (Skills/Talents)】

- Individuals who can enjoy collaborations with dip BATTLES (different genres), etc.

- Individuals with excellent rhythm and groove (e.g., B-girls, deep understanding of music, singing ability, etc.).

- Individuals with special skills such as female DJing, BMX, skateboarding, double dutch, etc.

*As we envision a team with a diverse range of talents, skills in street culture areas other than dance will also be highly valued.

Audition Schedule

- First Screening (Document and Video Review): July 21 (Tue) - July 24 (Fri)

*Only those who pass will be notified of the details for the final screening (time, venue, etc.).

- Final Screening (Practical Skills and Interview): August 1 (Sat)

*A comprehensive evaluation will be conducted, not only of dance skills but also of individual star quality and personality.
