This survey is based on job advertisement data for dispatched and job-introduction dispatch positions listed on "Hatarako.net," a job information website for full-time, dispatched, and part-time workers operated by the Company.

The average hourly wage for dispatched workers in June was ¥1,677 (up ¥45 year-on-year, up ¥4 month-on-month). Additionally, the number of job postings for dispatched and job-introduction dispatch positions reached approximately 206,000, increasing by 8.8% year-on-year and 3.0% month-on-month.
