Dive Co., Ltd. Awarded Contract to Build AI Infrastructure for NTT's 4D Digital Base Research and Development

Dive Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hiroshi Iseue; https://www.dive-ec.com/) announced that it has been awarded a contract to build an AI utilization environment supporting research and development for NTT Corporation's (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Akira Shimada; hereinafter "NTT") 4D Digital Base.

To date, our company has supported corporations, including major telecommunications carriers, in building environments for AI technologies such as speech recognition, translation, and speech synthesis. Since 2023, we have launched support services for building generative AI utilization environments using large language models, providing consistent end-to-end support from upstream processes to implementation to promote AI adoption among enterprises.

The 4D Digital Base is a next-generation infrastructure that supports NTT's IOWN initiative. It enables real-time integration and analysis of diverse sensing data concerning people, things, and events based on four-dimensional information (latitude, longitude, altitude, and time), thereby facilitating the resolution of social issues and future predictions. In this project, we will be responsible for building the AI environment utilized by the team involved in this R&D. By leveraging our accumulated implementation know-how in AI technology and our support track record in the telecommunications sector, we will help streamline research and development tasks.

Moving forward, we will continue to expand our technical support services, including generative AI, through the strengthening of expert personnel and continuous research and learning of AI technology trends, contributing to solving our customers' business challenges.
