NTT Docomo's 'd card' Now Supports Google Pay

NTT Docomo, Inc. announced that starting Friday, June 12, 2026, its 'd card' credit card service will support Google Pay.

Google Pay enables simple, fast payments at retail stores and online using Android smartphones. By adding a d card to Google Wallet, users can pay at Visa and Mastercard contactless-enabled retailers, public transportation, and compatible websites or apps. The service allows payments simply by tapping a smartphone or smartwatch, and includes security features such as fraud alerts and transaction encryption.

Please note that the electronic money service 'iD' is not compatible with Google Pay and will continue to be available exclusively via 'Osaifu-Keitai'.
