<Introduction to dotD, a Business Creation Firm> We are a firm that continuously creates new value by allowing skills, knowledge, and talent to interact around two pillars: in-house businesses and co-creation businesses. At this exhibition, we will introduce our unique business creation method 'MORPHY MODEL' and three focus business areas.

<Traceability Related Business> With strengthening international regulations on corporate environmental impact, such as the European Battery Regulation and REACH, taking action has become urgent, especially for the manufacturing industry. As solutions to these challenges, we introduce two applications: 'CFP Calculator' (a CFP calculation app for the European Battery Regulation, adopted for GIO subsidies) and 'CMP Navigator' (a product chemical substance information management app, adopted for NEDO subsidies).

Both are part of the 'Ouranos Ecosystem' promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, aiming to not only improve corporate operational efficiency and global regulatory compliance but also contribute to the sustainability of the entire industry.

<Pet Related Business> A pet platform expanding into e-commerce and co-creation businesses, centered around 'onedog', a walking and healthcare management app for dogs. We will also introduce a case study where we leveraged the assets of onedog, used by approximately 10,000 MAU, to vertically launch 'au Wannyan Support' in an ultra-short period through co-creation with KDDI.

<HR Related Business> An AI-driven HR strategy support service. It integrates and analyzes various internal HR data to automate next-generation organizational design, succession planning, JD creation and candidate search, and evaluation feedback support. It aims to support the decision-making of HRBPs and department heads and realize data-driven talent strategies.
