Square Plus (located in Chigasaki, Kanagawa) has launched "Square Plus Mentoring supported by MOS BURGER," a dialog-based development program for junior tennis players, parents, and coaches nationwide, with special sponsorship from Mos Food Services, the operator of Mos Burger.

What is Mentoring?

Square Plus mentoring is more than just technical coaching. Nine members who have experienced top-tier world rankings share insights from their own successes and failures to support athletes in achieving their dreams.

・Self-discovery through dialogue: Participants learn from mentors' experiences and find their own routines and mental control methods. ・Developing skills for society: Cultivating perspective on how athletic experience connects to future career and life enrichment. ・Dual approach: Conversations address both sports performance and future career paths. ・Designed for supporters: Inclusion of parents, coaches, and local stakeholders aims to improve the overall educational environment. ・Caravan-style events: Activities spread nationwide, addressing local challenges.

Partnership with Mos Food Services

The partnership stems from the shared belief of Mos Food Services' mission to "make people happy through food" and Square Plus's goal to "enrich lives through tennis."

・Support through the senses: Programs include a "conversation time" over Mos Burger meals to foster deep interaction. ・Community contribution: Supporting local junior athlete development through the Mos Burger network.
