DYM HR Department Hosts 20th "HR Club" Networking Event, Announces First-Ever Osaka Event

This event serves to provide a platform for HR professionals to network, exchange information, and share knowledge. The 20th session was marked by lively discussions on pressing topics such as the advancement of AI and shifts in the recruitment market. Looking ahead, DYM announced that the next event will be held in Osaka for the first time, aiming to broaden its reach and further develop the platform for exchange and information sharing. The background for this initiative is the increasing complexity of the HR field, with challenges like intense talent competition and the growing importance of human capital management. The event on the day was attended by 26 HR professionals from 17 companies. Participants exchanged insights on recruitment strategies, organizational development, and training measures. The next HR Club is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the DYM Osaka branch, marking its first event in the Kansai area.
