Representative Experience: Former General Manager of Joint Delivery Business, Kao Logistics Co., Ltd.

At Kao Logistics Co., Ltd., was involved for approximately 27 years in the operational management of logistics facilities, the establishment of the joint delivery business, and company-wide system implementation projects. Held positions such as Center Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager of Joint Delivery Business, leading financial management, productivity improvement, ISO 9001 operation, personnel system reform, and safety/quality management. Also participated in the overall management of quality, safety, and productivity as a member of the management meeting.

Currently works as a logistics consultant, providing support to logistics companies and manufacturers in areas such as reviewing financial structures, optimizing vehicle allocation and subcontractor placement, improving center layouts, integrating WMS and delivery management systems, and supporting ISO operations. Achievements include supporting a logistics company to improve its profit margin by 2%, an expected profit margin increase of 3% through proposals for improved vehicle utilization, and a 7% increase in productivity, demonstrating support that balances on-site improvements with management figure enhancements.
