'Jutaro Mandarin Jam' is a seasonal item made with Jutaro mandarins grown at the Nakaya Kaise Farm in the Nishi-Izu/Nishiura region, which has been in business for over 200 years.

Jutaro mandarins are a branded variety said to have originated in the Nishiura area of Shizuoka Prefecture. They are characterized by their high sugar content and excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, making them a popular choice for processed goods.
