In this tournament, new employees joining in fiscal year 2025 will compete in a presentation format to propose "solutions to life issues" through welfare equipment to experts such as care managers. The training and on-site guidance methods that our company has cultivated over many years have been highly evaluated by major national pharmacy groups, leading to business alliances and human resource development support. This event aims to disseminate this training model internally and externally, contributing to the improvement of human resource development quality across the entire industry.
