iioffice Inc., which operates approximately 900 workspaces across 47 prefectures in Japan, has opened 'iioffice Urawa,' a facility where all rooms are private, located a two-minute walk from Urawa Station.

Occupying 174 square meters on the third floor of the Azusa Building, iioffice Urawa features a total of 31 rooms and 53 seats.

The layout includes 25 private rooms for one person, two private rooms for two people, and four meeting rooms for 4–8 people. Every room is fully partitioned with walls and doors.

The space is designed for anyone who needs to concentrate immediately, including teleworkers, freelancers, and students. The four meeting rooms can be used for various purposes such as business negotiations, interviews, and corporate training.

The facility is open from 6:00 AM to midnight. Entry and exit are managed via smart locks. Various plans, from drop-in to monthly subscriptions, are available.

Operations are powered by 'E Solution,' a labor-saving system developed in-house by iioffice. By integrating smart locks, an app, and AI cameras, the system automates reception, payments, entry/exit management, and reservations, enabling unmanned operations.
