This feature allows for the integrated management of room information linked with auxiliary facilities such as parking spaces, storage units, and warehouses, significantly streamlining management tasks. Previously, contract information for rooms and auxiliary facilities was often managed in separate ledgers or systems, leading to complexity. With this new function, users can view linked parking spaces directly from the room contract screen, preventing registration omissions. Furthermore, when a room contract is terminated, linked facilities are automatically updated to 'vacant,' reducing the risk of double-booking due to human error.
