Taiyouno Tomatomen Launches Summer Limited 'Cold Tomato Noodle' Series

The tomato ramen specialty shop 'Taiyouno Tomatomen' (operated by Ippin-ko Co., Ltd.) will launch seasonal cold tomato noodle dishes starting Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

In anticipation of a severe summer, 'Taiyouno Tomatomen' is introducing its 'Cold Tomato Noodle' series, featuring three limited-time products: 'Ricotta Cheese Snow Margherita Cold Noodles,' 'Summer Vegetable Arrabbiata Tomato Cold Noodles,' and 'Korean-style Cold Bibin Noodles.'

'Ricotta Cheese Snow Margherita Cold Noodles' (1,200 yen, tax included) is an Italian-style cold noodle dish combining light ricotta cheese with basil and tomato acidity. 'Summer Vegetable Arrabbiata Tomato Cold Noodles' (1,200 yen, tax included) is prepared Arrabbiata-style with spicy chili peppers added to vitamin-rich summer vegetables. 'Korean-style Cold Bibin Noodles' (1,180 yen, tax included) is a menu exclusive to 'Taiyouno Tomatomen with Cheese' locations, featuring a spicy-sweet flavor finished with a special Korean bibin sauce. These noodles use konjac-based noodles for a chewy texture.

The sales period is scheduled from May 19, 2026 (Tue) to September 15, 2026 (Tue).
