First Store in Fukushima Prefecture! "R Baker Koriyama Store" Grand Opening

EAT AND GROUP Co., Ltd. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO Mitsuhiko Hiroya), which handles the cafe bakery business, will open "R Baker Koriyama Store," its first store in Fukushima Prefecture, on July 10, 2026 (Fri).

R Baker's motto is "Delicious bread for body and soul," and they offer bread made with carefully selected ingredients, including domestic rice flour blended with their original manufacturing method.

"R Baker Koriyama Store" is a renewal of "Bakery Izumigamori," which has been popular within Aeon Town Koriyama, and will restart as the R Baker brand. It will be reborn as a store that delivers a new bakery experience to local customers.

The R Baker Brand, First in Fukushima Prefecture

"R Baker Koriyama Store" is an FC store, marking the R Baker brand's first entry into Fukushima Prefecture. Adopting a "headquarters-accompanied" operational structure where the headquarters and FC owner jointly promote operations from the launch stage, they are developing the store as one, from product development and sales floor creation to sales promotion planning. While catering to local characteristics and customer needs, they aim to stably provide brand quality and become a bakery that is loved by the community for a long time.

A Bakery Experience You'll Want to Visit Every Day

As part of creating vibrancy within the facility, they plan to offer continuously enjoyable content, such as holding weekly events. In addition to everyday use, they will provide "small joys" every week and every day of the week.

Special Set Prepared to Commemorate the Grand Opening

To commemorate the grand opening of "R Baker Koriyama Store," and to allow customers to enjoy our bread daily, we will sell a limited quantity "HEARTFUL Bag" filled with popular products. Centered around the "chewy texture" bread made with R Baker's unique rice flour, the contents are recommended for first-time visitors and can be used for home consumption as well as gifts.

The "HEARTFUL Bag" will be available in two types: 3,000 yen (tax included) and 5,000 yen (tax included). Both include five of the most popular breads in the store, plus a coffee ticket to enjoy a moment of relaxation during your shopping, in a special set only available at the opening. Furthermore, both sets come with an R Baker original tote bag. With its simple and easy-to-use design, it's an item that will be useful for everyday shopping or as a lunch bag.

A total of 100 bags will be available, combining the 3,000 yen and 5,000 yen sets, and sales will end once they are gone. As a project to express our gratitude to the local community who are looking forward to the opening, please take this opportunity to enjoy the taste and world of R Baker.
