(Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; Securities Code: 3835; President and Representative Director: Takao Iwata; hereinafter 'eBASE') will hold an online financial results briefing / IR online seminar for individual investors. In this briefing, the President and Representative Director and the Director and CFO will take the stage to provide an easy-to-understand explanation of management policies and business strategies, and a Q&A session will also be held. The event will be held online (live broadcast via Zoom Webinars) on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 19:00 to 20:00. Participation is free (advance registration required) and open to anyone. The presenters will be President and Representative Director Takao Iwata and Director and CFO Katsuyasu Kubota. The briefing will cover management policies, business strategies, and a Q&A session. Advance questions (up to 3) will be accepted during registration, and questions received will be answered during the briefing or by email at a later date. For those unable to attend on the day, an archived video of the edited content will be published on YouTube after the briefing.
