ecbo to Begin Operating "shibuya-san" Tourist Information Center in Shibuya Fukuras, Offering Baggage Storage Services and More

(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Shinichi Kudo; hereinafter "ecbo"), which operates the baggage storage service "ecbo cloak," announced that it will begin operating "shibuya-san," a tourist information center in Shibuya Fukuras developed by Tokyu Fudosan Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tatsuaki Tanaka; hereinafter "Tokyu Fudosan"), starting April 1, 2026, under a commission from Tokyu Fudosan.

Overview of "shibuya-san" and Background of ecbo's Operation Commencement

"shibuya-san" is a tourist support facility (tourist information center) established in 2019 on the 1st floor of "Shibuya Fukuras" as a "tourism support facility that strengthens direct access to the world."

Approximately 20,000 people visit monthly, and its excellent location directly in front of the limousine bus stop connecting to Narita and Haneda Airports, and just a 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station, makes it a hub for Shibuya tourism.

In addition to its function as a tourist information center, it is also utilized as an art center for art exhibitions and event spaces, attracting many people day and night.

ecbo launched its baggage storage service "ecbo cloak" from Shibuya in 2017. By taking on the operation of a tourist information center located in Shibuya, ecbo returns to its origins and aims to further refine its service development and operation through interactions with various people visiting "shibuya-san" in the future.

At "shibuya-san," in addition to conventional walk-in baggage storage, advance reservations are also accepted via ecbo cloak.

By April 2026, same-day baggage delivery services to Haneda Airport and accommodation facilities are also scheduled to begin.
