Edosei Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Yokohama; President: Hiroo Yamashita) will sell a limited quantity of the collaboration product 'Poka-man (Braised Pork Belly Bun)' in conjunction with the live event '7th Hinatansai' held by the popular idol group Hinatazaka46 at Yokohama Stadium on April 5 (Sat) and 6 (Sun), 2026.

Collaboration is the 2nd time following last year This collaboration is the second of its kind, following last year. It was last year when we first received the proposal for a collaboration product. Born from the desire for fans attending 'Hinatansai' to fully enjoy the city of Yokohama along with the live performance, 'Poka-man' was created as one of many collaboration projects with local companies.

Yokohama Stadium, the live venue, is located very close to Yokohama Chinatown, where Edosei stores are situated. On the day of the event, many fans visited our store, and 'Poka-man' sold out early, receiving a massive response.

This year, we will prepare a larger quantity than last year so that even more people can enjoy it.

This year's Poka-man is a 'Braised Pork Belly Bun' Large chunks of diced pork are slowly stewed in a secret savory sauce to make braised pork belly. Bok choy is added, and it's mixed with a thick, gooey sauce flavored with sweet bean sauce (Tianmianjiang) and oyster sauce.

This rich and deeply flavorful filling is wrapped in our fluffy, homemade dough. Take a bite, and the melting umami of the braised pork spreads in this luxurious Chinese steamed bun.
