On June 1, 2026, Efila Group (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa) launched its new business, employment transition support 'Orion.' Its first center, 'Orion Kannai,' opened just a 3-minute walk from Kannai Station.

'Orion' is a facility focused on providing employment and reinstatement support to help those who have experienced a leave of absence or job loss regain their ability to 'work once again.' Our group adheres to the policy that 'the number of business types equals the number of problems we can solve,' and with the launch of this business, we take another step closer to realizing our vision of 'creating a city that leaves no one behind.'

Background and Features

'I want to work, but I'm a bit anxious about returning to the workplace suddenly.' 'Orion' addresses such feelings by providing integrated support ranging from employment and reinstatement training through a combination of multiple programs to job search assistance and post-employment workplace adjustment support.

Our group has operated 24 'Ginga' B-type welfare support facilities, accumulating experience in supporting people with mental and developmental disabilities. 'Orion' leverages this experience and the established connections with partner companies (employers) to provide a seamless support system from 'desire to work' to 'employment/reinstatement' and 'workplace adaptation.'

The Meaning Behind the Name 'Orion'

- Like the constellation Orion, where stars of different colors and brightness gather to shine. - Like a signpost for travelers walking in the desert, becoming a guide to success in society. - To feel the connection with our existing B-type welfare support business, 'Ginga' (Galaxy).

We named it with these sentiments in mind.

Expanding to 30 Businesses

With 'Orion,' Efila Group has expanded to 30 businesses. We believe that 'the number of business types equals the number of problems we can solve,' and with the start of this new business, we believe we have taken another step closer to our mission of 'creating a city that leaves no one behind.'

We will continue to stand by the wishes of each individual who wants to work, under the vision of 'creating a city that leaves no one behind,' and walk forward together with the community.
