EM Systems Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City; President & CEO: Hiroaki Kuniyoshi; hereinafter "the Company") will launch the 'Regional Medical and Care Collaboration Support Program' (hereinafter "the Program") in August 2026, targeting medical institutions (clinics, etc.) currently using the Company's medical systems.

Under this Program, the Company will make donations to organizations addressing social issues each time existing customers refer new clinics, pharmacies, or nursing/welfare facilities. We aim to promote regional medical and care coordination together with our customers and contribute to building a sustainable society. Prior to the official launch of the Program, the Company has already made preliminary donations to the designated beneficiary organizations.

1. Purpose and Objectives of the Donation Program

Initiated by our employees, we have developed this donation program as a mechanism through which we and our customers can jointly contribute to solving social challenges—triggered by customer referrals.

We aim to establish this donation mechanism as one of our ongoing social contribution efforts, expanding our outreach together with our customers to help build a more sustainable society and a better future.
