Connecting Home Healthcare and Nursing Care in Kochi: Bridge Inc. Acquires Atract Inc., Operator of "Irori," as a Subsidiary

Bridge Inc. (Headquarters: Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture; Representative Director: Masayoshi Toritani; hereinafter "Bridge") acquired a majority of shares in Atract Inc. (Headquarters: Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture; hereinafter "Atract"), which operates the day service "Irori," making it a subsidiary as of March 31, 2026. This will strengthen the collaboration between "En Home-Visit Nursing Station," operated by Bridge, and "Day Service Irori," operated by Atract, promoting the creation of an integrated support system for home healthcare and nursing care within Kochi Prefecture.

Bridge has been providing home-visit nursing services in Kochi Prefecture, while Atract has been developing community-based day care services. Through this integration, we aim to combine the expertise of home-visit nursing with the practical capabilities of day care to build a seamless support system from home to day care.

The services of "Day Service Irori" and "Day Service Irori Asakura" will continue as before. For users of "Irori Home-Visit Nursing Rehabilitation Station," services will be transferred to "En Home-Visit Nursing Station Kochi" and "En Home-Visit Nursing Station Kochi Seto."
