Bridge Co., Ltd. Acquires Atract Co., Ltd., Operator of "Irori," to Connect Home Healthcare and Nursing Care in Kochi

Bridge Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, Representative Director: Masayoshi Toritani, hereinafter "Bridge") has acquired a majority of shares in Atract Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kochi City, Kochi Prefecture, hereinafter "Atract"), which operates the day service "Irori," making it a subsidiary as of March 31, 2026. This will strengthen the collaboration between "En Home Nursing Station," operated by Bridge, and "Day Service Irori," operated by Atract, accelerating the establishment of an integrated support system for home healthcare and nursing care within Kochi Prefecture.

Bridge has been providing home nursing services in Kochi Prefecture, while Atract has been offering community-based day care services. Through this integration, we aim to combine the expertise of home nursing with the on-site capabilities of day care, creating a seamless support system from home to day care facilities.

Services at "Day Service Irori" and "Day Service Irori Asakura" will continue as before. For users of "Irori Home Nursing Rehabilitation Station," services will be transferred to "En Home Nursing Station Kochi" and "En Home Nursing Station Kochi Seto."
