Eneliver Inc. has announced the installation of an EV charging service at the Chambord Seta condominium, located in Seta, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo.

For this project, the company installed communication-enabled 6kW EV chargers in all 31 resident parking spaces. This initiative aims to provide residents with an environment for routine EV charging at home, while also enhancing the convenience and asset value of the condominium in anticipation of growing future EV demand.

Eneliver provided comprehensive support for the project, covering everything from the initial planning stages, including presentations and Q&A sessions at board meetings and general meetings, to coordination with the management association, facility design, construction, operation planning, and managing the subsidy application process. By leveraging the 'EV Charging Facility Promotion Project' by Cool Net Tokyo, the company successfully realized the installation of 31 communication-enabled 6kW EV chargers with zero cost burden on the condominium management association.

Eneliver’s 'Risk-Free Plan' allows for the installation of charging facilities with zero initial burden on electricity receiving equipment, construction, and maintenance costs. Furthermore, the company ensures security through application-based access control, providing a reliable charging environment for residents.

Going forward, Eneliver remains committed to installing EV charging infrastructure to create environments where EV users can charge routinely and to contribute to the improvement of condominium asset values.
