株式会社エンファクトリー (Enfactory, Inc.), which supports business and human resources growth through cross-border learning, is acting as an operational partner for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's 'Talent Exchange Support Project for Promoting Growth of SMEs and Startups in Collaboration with Large Enterprises' (hereinafter 'the Project').

Through this project, three professionals from three companies began side jobs/dual employment in March 2026. Additionally, a mid-term report session will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Enfactory's Support Under the vision of 'Cross-border learning for everyone,' Enfactory has supported over 7,000 participants from 80 companies through programs like 'Fukugyo Ryugaku' (Side Job Study Abroad) and 'Ekkyo Circuit.' Leveraging this expertise, Enfactory is specifically managing the 'side job/dual employment' aspect of this project to support the growth of large enterprise employees and the business development of SMEs and startups.

Publication of 'Side Job/Dual Employment' Case Studies Details of the three professionals and three companies that began side jobs/dual employment have been published on the project website.
