Washinmura is a small glamping village with only 6 rooms, located in the rural mountains of Futtsu, Chiba. On a site dotted with a 200-year-old traditional folk house, a nagayamon (row house gate), tents, and Juybako (mobile cabins), 15 rescued cats live alongside goats, dogs, silky fowls, and other animals.

During the day, you can put on a woven backpack and climb the slopes or explore the forest. A nostalgic "original experience" awaits, where you play using your whole body. At night, you can chat leisurely while watching the flames of a campfire. Beside you, a cat curling up and falling asleep is a common sight at Washinmura. We would be delighted if you could casually enjoy such a day in the countryside.

Regarding Animal Treats

Under the guidance of a veterinarian, and to manage the physical condition of the cats, we ask that you refrain from bringing in commercially available treats, as it is difficult to manage their ingredients.

If you wish to give them treats, please purchase the ones sold at the Washinmura shop. *Sold in limited quantities. We carefully select treats that are additive-free and made from domestic ingredients. We appreciate your cooperation.

——————————————————

* Cats live freely on the premises. Please be careful if you have allergies.

* Animals are fickle, so we don't know which room they will visit, and they are not guaranteed to come.

* The cats and dogs at Washinmura are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and given tick prevention medication.
