Regarding animal health and safety, the facility prohibits visitors from bringing outside animal snacks, following veterinary guidance. Guests wishing to feed the animals must purchase specially curated, additive-free, and domestically sourced snacks available in limited quantities at the on-site store.
The facility advises that cats roam freely on the premises, issuing a warning for guests with allergies. There is no guarantee that animals will visit specific guest rooms. All resident dogs and cats have undergone spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and tick prevention treatments.
