Washinmura is a small glamping village with only 6 rooms, located in the satoyama of Futtsu, Chiba. On the grounds dotted with an approximately 200-year-old traditional Japanese house and gatehouse, tents, and Jyu-bako (mobile homes), you can live together with 15 rescue cats, goats, dogs, Ukokkei chickens, and other animals. During the day, you can climb the slopes carrying a basket on your back or explore the forest. A traditional "primal experience" awaits, where you play using your whole body. At night, chat leisurely while watching the flames of a bonfire. It is a common sight at Washinmura to see a cat curled up and sleeping peacefully right beside you.
