Washinmura Glamping in Futtsu, Chiba: A Nature Experience with 15 Rescue Cats

A glamping village with a total of 6 rooms located in the woodland of Futtsu, Chiba.

A 200-year-old traditional house and 15 rescue cats. Please spend a healing time with nature and animals.

How to spend the daytime Climbing the slopes with a woven backpack or exploring the forest. You can enjoy the traditional "original experience" of playing with your whole body.

How to spend the nighttime Chatting slowly while watching the flames of a bonfire. Before you know it, a cat is curled up and sleeping next to you. A day in the woodland like this is a common sight at Washinmura.

About the facility Dotted around the premises are a nearly 200-year-old traditional house, a Nagayamon (longhouse gate), tents, and Snow Peak Jyubako, where we live together with the following animals.

Important notices About treats for the animals Under the guidance of a veterinarian, to manage the physical condition of the cats, please refrain from bringing commercially available treats. If you wish to give them treats, please purchase the treats sold at the Washinmura shop (carefully selected, additive-free, domestic ingredients, etc.). *Sales are available in limited quantities.

Other precautions - Cats live freely on the premises. Please be careful if you have allergies. - The animals are capricious, so we do not know which room they will visit. They may not necessarily come. - The cats and dogs at Washinmura have undergone spay/neuter surgeries, and receive vaccines and tick prevention medication.
