Sekisui House, Ltd. and the Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project (*1) jointly exhibited at the Pride Festival of 'Tokyo Pride 2026' (*2), held at Yoyogi Park in Tokyo on June 6 and 7, 2026. Furthermore, approximately 150 participants (*3), including employees of the Sekisui House Group along with their families and friends, joined the Pride Parade held on the 7th.
Tokyo Pride is one of Asia's largest LGBTQ+ events, broadcasting diverse voices and addressing social issues through a variety of programs such as pride parades, festivals, cultural events, and conferences.
This year's theme is 'A Future Opened by Diversity and Equality.' Since 2020, our company has endorsed 'Business for Marriage Equality,' a campaign that visualizes companies supporting marriage equality.
Through this participation, employees shared the desire for a society where individuals respect diversity and everyone can live safely and authentically.
Under its global vision to 'make home the happiest place in the world,' the Sekisui House Group will continue to promote Diversity & Inclusion.

On the day of the event, despite the rain, many participants joined the parade carrying rainbow flags, interacting warmly with spectators along the route.
Feedback from participants included, 'I realized the importance of a society that respects diversity and treats individual differences as value.' The event helped expand understanding and empathy toward creating a society where everyone can live as their true selves.

*1 'Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project' A regional revitalization project launched by Sekisui House and Marriott International under the concept 'Quest the Unknown Japan.' It aims to revitalize local economies through tourism in collaboration with local governments and partner companies. Starting with the opening in October 2020 of a hotel adjacent to a roadside station (Michi-no-Eki), the 'Fairfield by Marriott' brand has expanded to 29 locations across 14 prefectures.
*2 'Tokyo Pride 2026' Tokyo Pride (formerly Tokyo Rainbow Pride) marks its 14th year as one of Asia's largest LGBTQ+ events. Until last year, it was held to spread awareness of sexual minorities, including LGBTQ, and celebrate the diversity of 'sex' and 'life.' Recognizing that the term 'LGBTQ+' has become widely established, the organization deemed it necessary to address intersecting human rights issues—such as gender, disability, race, and employment opportunities—alongside the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community. Hence, the name was changed to 'Tokyo Pride' last year. The event has evolved into an initiative aimed at solving diverse human rights issues throughout the month-long Pride Month.
*3 In last year's 'Tokyo Pride 2025', about 130 participants, including Sekisui House Group employees, their families, and friends, took part.
