Faith Network Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jiro Abachi; hereinafter “the Company”) announces the completion of THE GRANDUO KAMIMEGURO (Meguro-ku, Tokyo), the 10th property in the luxury rental residence series “THE GRANDUO (The Granduo),” on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

The property is located on a hillside along a greenway leading to the Meguro River, surrounded by terrain with elevation changes. The design takes advantage of the site’s natural topography while harmonizing with the area’s rich nature and refined streetscape.
The exterior uses a durable white silicate paint—also used on the White House—creating an impression reminiscent of Mediterranean towns and art museums. Despite its textured façade, the building achieves a refined, high-quality appearance through precisely aligned horizontal lines and window placements across each floor.
Upon entering the entrance, a dynamic approach unfolds, leveraging the site’s elevation differences. Within the premises, a private greenway and tunnel gently connect the southern and western sides for residents. Along the greenway, where pleasant light filters in, walls feature drawings by artist Hiraku Suzuki. The silver-toned mural emerges under light, blending with the abundant surrounding greenery to create a serene, enveloping space for residents.
The residence comprises 10 units in nine types, offering diverse layouts to suit various lifestyles. Each unit features unique design elements—balconies with green views for relaxation, curved walls creating shadows, linear lighting enhancing spatial depth, and open staircases offering expansive sightlines—resulting in individualized, characterful spaces that resonate with each resident’s sensibility. Additionally, no corridors are provided in any unit; instead, each unit connects directly from the entrance to a spacious living room of 21 to 32 tatami mats, creating a sense of openness the moment the front door opens. Units 101 and 302 are mezzanine types with distinct features. Unit 101 includes a private garage on the upper floor, allowing residents to view their car from indoors, fulfilling a lifestyle centered around car ownership. Unit 302 features a custom-designed bathroom with an artificial marble bathtub that has a smooth, ceramic-like texture, offering a premium relaxation experience while enjoying the outdoor scenery.

The firm handles diverse projects ranging from large-scale public spaces such as museums, theaters, city halls, and urban plazas to small-scale private spaces like private residences and galleries. It views people, architecture, and cities as interconnected, positioning architecture within the continuous flow of environmental phenomena—historical, economic, and cultural currents; flows of water, wind, heat, and light; and terrain, topography, and gravitational forces. The firm believes architectural design lies in receiving and controlling these flows, altering their direction, and generating new flows.
