FaithNetwork 2026 Design Conference to Be Held on July 30 — Announcement of Company Growth Strategy and Grand Prix Winner of Faith Design Competition 2026

FaithNetwork Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Jiro Abachi; hereinafter 'the Company') will hold an event titled 'FaithNetwork 2026 Design Conference' on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Billboard Live Tokyo (Minato-ku, Tokyo). The event will introduce initiatives aimed at enhancing the value of the Company's developed properties. Additionally, the final judging session of the design competition 'Faith Design Competition 2026,' which supports young architects and creators, will be held simultaneously, with the prestigious inaugural Grand Prix winner to be announced.

◆ Details of 'FaithNetwork 2026 Design Conference'

The 'FaithNetwork Design Conference' is an event designed to present the Company's initiatives to further enhance the value of its newly developed RC apartment buildings under the 'GranDuo' series and premium rental residences under the 'THE GRANDUO' series.

This year, the Company will announce two new brands, sharing the vision, philosophy, and worldviews behind them, as well as initiatives toward realizing the Company's concept of 'Well-being living.' The event will also feature explanations of the Company's efforts in property development aligned with environmental certifications, including the urban greening initiative '100 Tsubo no Mori Project,' which received the Good Design Award 2025. Following this, President Abachi will present the Company's future growth strategy.

Additionally, the final judging session of the 'Faith Design Competition 2026' will be held. Nine finalist teams, selected from a total of 272 entries, will deliver public presentations before judges including Ms. Yūko Nagayama. In the General Category (U-45), participants will compete for the Grand Prix prize of 10 million yen, Excellence Award of 500,000 yen, and入围 Award of 100,000 yen, along with design rights for an actual project. In the Student Category (U-25), the Grand Prix winner will receive 1 million yen, with 100,000 yen for Excellence and 50,000 yen for入围.
