The rate of men taking childcare leave has exceeded 40%, indicating that fathers' involvement in childcare is becoming common. However, many fathers express anxiety about raising children. To continue as active participants in childcare, connections among fathers are crucial. 'Fathering School,' where fathers can learn, support, empathize, and laugh together, will open again this term. This school offers an opportunity to deepen learning and build connections among fathers.
