FCE Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Junetsu Ishikawa; TSE: 9564) announced today that its Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Keisuke Baba as Chief Philosophy Officer (CPO), effective June 1, 2026. This strategic move aims to embed the company’s Purpose, Philosophy, and Values into its management framework, organizational structure, and coaching business.

At FCE, the CPO serves as the 'Chief Philosophy Officer' or 'Chief Purpose Officer,' a role dedicated to providing guidance on reflecting core values across management policies, operations, and stakeholder communications. As technological environments shift with AI and workplace values diversify, FCE recognizes the growing importance of a consistent corporate philosophy to guide daily decision-making.

Mr. Baba brings extensive expertise in coaching and human resource development. In his new role, he will facilitate employee dialogues, lead workshops, and advise on the evolution of FCE's coaching and talent development programs. Note that the CPO is a unique internal title at FCE and does not constitute a statutory Director or Auditor under the Companies Act.

About Keisuke Baba: A graduate of Hosei University, Mr. Baba founded the NPO Trust Coaching in 2009 after working in international recruitment and at Coach A Co., Ltd. He currently leads multiple organizations and serves as an advisor for educational institutions, focusing on creating a culture where communication is a foundational skill for everyone.
