### Background of the Business Alliance Fibergate operates under the slogan 'Lead The Telecomenergy – Creating Future Value through Communication and Energy,' providing communication services for residential complexes (Home Use Business), business use services for tourist facilities and commercial areas (Business Use Business), and renewable energy services combining solar power and storage batteries.

HOMETACT, which spun off from Mitsubishi Estate and began operations in April 2026, provides a comprehensive smart home service that allows users to manage IoT devices from multiple manufacturers using a dedicated app or smart speakers. The service has received high acclaim, with a 94% tenant satisfaction rate and approximately 88% of users expressing an intent to continue using it when moving. It is increasingly valued as a key factor in property selection, supporting convenience, safety, and comfort in daily life.

This alliance aims to combine Fibergate's strong communication infrastructure supply capabilities with HOMETACT's advanced platform to achieve the following:
