Nowcast Provides 'DataLens Store Development' AI Agent to Penguin Bakery

Nowcast, a Finatext group company, has provided its AI agent 'DataLens Store Development' to Penguin, operator of Penguin Bakery. Penguin actively expands direct and franchise bakery shops nationwide. The agent automates property information aggregation from real estate emails, builds centralized records, and tracks pipeline status. This relieves staff from manual administration, enabling them to focus on site visits and leasing contracts to accelerate expansion. DataLens leverages 3rd-party transaction and foot traffic data coupled with generative AI to reform traditional store development decisions. Nowcast was founded in 2015 out of a University of Tokyo daily price index project.
