Hiroshi Kondo – Biography

After working at Mizuho Corporate Advisory, the Japan Finance Corporation (JFC), and the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, Mr. Kondo was appointed as Co-CFO and IR officer at a listed company in 2018. He has led IR and financial strategy initiatives and, in recent years, has been involved in M&A-related functions. He will join FiNX as Director in July 2026.
